    What is the seating capacity?


    What if I don't need your main hall, can I rent a smaller space for just a small group of guests?

    Yes, we do. We have a small banquet room that will accommodate up to 65 people.

    What is the minimum number of hours I can book?


    Do you offer payment plans?

    We require 50% of rental fee to hold your date, balance due 30 days prior to your event.

    How do I make payments?

    We accept cash, credit cards, cashier’s checks.

    Can I serve alcohol?

    Yes, we allow you to bring in your own beverages.

    Do you allow smoking?

    Only in the designated outdoor smoking area.

    Do you provide security service?

    Yes, it’s an additional fee based on number of guests & length of event.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Once you’ve booked your date, we have reserved that date for you. Should you need to cancel, we will retain a portion of your deposit if we are able to re-book that date. If not, the deposit is completely forfeited.

    Do you provide audio system and equipment such as PA and microphones?

    Yes, for an additional fee

    Do you provide rooms for bride and grooms to get ready?

    For the bride & bridesmaids, we have a large lounge area for hair, make-up & changing.

    What is your decorating policy?

    Decorations are to be approved by the rental manager.

    Do you provide decorating such as linens, flower arrangements, lights, etc?

    We have a list of preferred vendors.

    Can your staff help us with decorating if we provide everything?

    Yes, for an additional fee.

    Can we cook our own food in your kitchen?


    Can we do a Potluck, where guests bring food from home?


    Do you have a copy of the rental policy I can see?

    How much time do you allow for us to set up?

    Rentals are generally for 12 hours, this includes the time for decorating. We have your tables & chairs that come with the venue set-up prior to your date. Additional hours are available for a fee.

    How much time do you allow for rehearsal?

    You can rent by the hour the day before your event. If there is another event on that date, you can rent by the hour one day prior.

    Are there any days you do not allow rental?

    Yes. Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter.

    Can I make payments online?
